Combining a concierge service and an online personal shopper in one, when your Style Box arrives, it will be the most exciting delivery you’ll get that week.
How it works

Book
You can book a day and time to suit you. It goes straight in my diary. You’ll then be sent a questionnaire to fill out. Please complete it before our Consultation.
The questionnaire is about 30 questions or so and usually takes about an hour to complete. It covers your style, your body, your budget, your influences and more.
It also allows you to pay your Style Box budget, which I'll need before I can start buying!

Consultation
I want to understand your fashion needs deeply so that I can buy just the right products for you and provide a fantastic experience.
If you're comfortable with it, we'll do your consultation via video call. But if you prefer audio-only or a phone call, I'm happy to do whatever works best for you.
We'll run through your questionnaire responses together to make sure everything is clear.
We may even look at some items you already have in your collection so I can choose items for your Style Box that will work well with your existing pieces.

Outfits
Once I know exactly what you need, I’ll go away for a few days and pick out various items and outfits just for you, keeping as close to your budget as possible. I handle everything, pack it beautifully, and send it to you all together in one tidy package.
I like to keep this part a surprise, so you'll only find out what you're getting once you open your box!

Complete satisfaction
Try your outfits on. Whatever you’re happy with, keep and enjoy! Whatever you don't like, simply return it to me, I’ll sort it all out and send you a refund.
You get one round of free returns. My Standard and Premium boxes have one round of size changes included for free too

- 1 set of free returns
* Next day delivery: your Style Box will be shipped on a premium Next Day service so it arrives with you as soon as possible, but it only goes out for delivery once all the items I order are received . Depending on your budget and the retailers involved, this can take up to 2 weeks from your first Fitting Room call
Please note that my Style Box service is available to UK customers only.
Refunds may be reduced by up to 10% of your total budget.
This goes towards insurance, garment handling and care. The actual amount retained/refunded to you will depend on how many items you return and their condition.
